who engage with Robin Stebbins, PurifyWithin.com, the Medicine Girl Podcast, the Church of Pure,

Samazuli Retreats and/or any affiliated services and offerings, including but not limited to donations

processed through Stripe and subscriptions via Substack and Pure Membership @ purify within.com.

All transactions, communications, and content interactions are protected under the private domain of

our Private Membership Association (PMA) under which all of the following are included:

1. Private Membership Association (PMA) Declaration

By accessing, donating to Substack, Church of Pure, Pure Membership, purchasing from, or

subscribing to any content, product, or service provided by Robin Stebbins, Purify Within, Samazuli

Retreats, The Medicine Girl Podcast, or the Church of Pure, you are acknowledging and affirming your

voluntary membership in our unincorporated PMA, established under common law, operating

entirely in the private domain.

This association is exempt from governmental oversight, registration, or regulation in accordance

with the rights to freedom of association, religion, speech, and privacy. All Members act in their

private capacity and agree that all interactions are private, confidential, and non-commercial in

nature.

2. All Stripe and Substack Donations

All payments processed via Stripe or Substack are considered voluntary private donations or dues

made by Members of the PMA for access to private educational and spiritual content. These payments

do not constitute public commerce, retail sales, or taxable transactions under commercial code.

Members agree that such contributions are made freely and with full knowledge of their PMA status.

By initiating a donation or payment, you confirm your voluntary participation as a Member and agree

to be bound by the PMA terms outlined herein.

3. Retroactive Membership Acknowledgment

These terms apply retroactively to all past interactions and payments dating back to January 1, 2020.

Any individual who has contributed financially or interacted with any of the above-named entities

since that date is hereby acknowledged as having been offered membership under these same PMA

terms.

4. Membership Rights and Benefits

Members of the PMA are granted access to:

Private educational materials and classes

Natural wellness content and commentary

Ability to purchase products from our private store

Exclusive podcast and video content

Member-only communications, consultations, and group offerings

All benefits are extended within the private domain and not to the general public.

5. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the natural law principles of the private domain. Any disputes shall be

resolved privately and in good faith, outside the jurisdiction of statutory courts or public

administrative systems.6. Acceptance of Terms

By continuing to engage with any of the aforementioned platforms, websites, or services, you affirm

that you:
