Facebook deleted my Substack link to this article and shadow bands or deletes my post on vitamins and supplements and how toxic they are. Sure makes you wonder doesn’t it?

I have mixed feelings about this. On the one hand, I’m seriously considering the reality of the vitamin issue. If everything we’ve learned from mainstream is a lie, then certainly the need for vitamins may also fall under this aegis. However, as a proponent of Homeopathy, I work with what could be poisons in a normal dose all the time. Those remedies, with all the physical aspects diluted down to only energetic imprints, miracles of healing occur. So I surmise that dosage is the key to either supporting the body’s own innate healing intelligence or poisoning it.

The Lee Merritt issue is another story. Lee is “former” military and talks a good talk. However, she and all the other doctors who came out during ConJob with supposed truth turned out to be controlled oppo. So there’s that.

You are sensationalizing Vit D3 here. I take issue with your characterization of it being all bad for us. I see lots of flaws in what you are trying to sell us here.

First off, many things are dose dependent in how they affect living cells. For instance, Warfarin is also used in poison in large doses. But it also helps keep people vulnerable to blood clotting from having a stroke. My uncle used it after heart surgery allowing him to live clot free into his late nineties.

Then there is this hangup you have that sunlight is all good. Actually UV has carcinogenic effects on the skin. So once again, it's dose dependent. Many people have died of melanoma from overdoing it with sun exposure. So the same attention grabbing statement about sunshine could be put out about it's causing cancer and killing people as you did here with Vit D3. If you live in the northern latitudes, you're never going to get enough Vit D from the sun in the winter months. Need to supplement.

Right. And in your world water is rat poison. That’s the stupidity of your post. You are really lost in a fog of self delusion.

In severe cases, water intoxication can cause seizures, brain damage, https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/173655.php, and even death.

Honestly, I am not sure Dr Merritt is lying, but perhaps is still caught up in the death side of medical beliefs vs natural.

After hearing her speak quite a few times, it seems to me like she is still caught up in the pharma training med people go through vs stepping outside that box and rethinking.

I may be wrong, but that is my impression after some of the stories she has told.

she is lying, no question in my mind. Anyone with half a brain, including children know taking poison is bad. This is a great example of controlled opposition
