I was the bird chasing after zinc, iodine, and vitamin D3—almost falling for ivermectin—until the relentless emails from medical suppliers wore me down. They bombarded me with messages every day, reminding me that ivermectin was still in my cart, urging me to buy.

I've already had a bad experience self-medicating with something as basic as salt, which led to chronic headaches, severe skin issues, and more. Now, I'm starting to see the truth: the so-called "alternative medicine" industry is just another trap—another layer of deception targeting the "awake" community.

Good read! Most people are so far removed from where food comes from, how it grows, and even what season it is makes much of the common sense gardening tips in this article not so common anymore. I think the larger point here beyond the soil and the nutrients is having blind faith in the "facts, statistics and science" without ever asking why or how they came to be true.
