You are definitely on point on caffeine. It’s the “worker Bees” drug for humans. To make them tollerate their bullshit jobs to feed the system. But you should dig deeper on hormones and receptors. We don’t have any receptors in our cells and what we call hormones we don’t actually know for sure what they are or do since none has ever being isolated and studied. Just look for one study showing you how they isolated this hormones and read the method section. You will be shocked. What they are giving people with these hormones are chemicals that elicit a desired effect. But who knows what else it’s doing. Well we all know some of what it’s doing; just look at the birth control pill. Anyway you should dig deeper so that you don’t mix the right information with pseudoscience. Start with Dr. Tom Cowan. He has so much knowledge on the subject. Hormones and receptors are pseudoscience. Have a nice day.

Thank you Patrick, yes, I agree completely. Sometimes I fall back into the matrix logic and use without realizing it. The entire system is also built on the Krebs cycle the mitochondrial functioning to sell more poison supplements. The long and the short of it is this, we have no idea how the human body operates, because it is based on synergistic reactions. That would cover trillions of reactions happening simultaneously. They want to compartmentalize the body into systems, buy again that is impossible. Isolating anything is impossible. And agree Tom Cowan is good, but still recommends poisons like turpentine , vitamins and supplements which are pharmaceuticals, straight up. So putting to much faith in anyone is misguided especially an MD. They are the most indoctrinated of the population. He also runs with Amandha Vollmer, Andy Kaufman who are Pharma reps for vitamin D3 and other horrific vitamins and supplements.

medicine girl..dr andrew doesnt recommend vitamins or supplements like regular folks do. He recommends a good diet as the first thing. He sells shilajit, spagyric cilantro and a zeolite only. He isn't into vitamins let alone d3 which even I know is not a good thing. Dr Amanda however endorses vitamin d3 coz it suits her. I guess in the end its all about personal experiences. They are not necessarily bad ppl with bad intentions.

I had a family member addicted to coffee. Organic home roasted coffee was as clean as he would go. I tried everything to get him to stop.

I even put up a sign "GO AHEAD, HAVE ANOTHER CUP OF LIQUID PAIN"

One day he went to work and couldn't move. He has a physical job and suddenly could barely function. He forced himself to stop with the coffee and almost 3 years later is telling every guy that will listen that coffee ruins your body. They don't listen. At least not now.

Of course joy was short lived when they put a massive directed energy hell tower near the home causing a whole new set of pain and severe (worse than coffee)challenges. But if he was still sucking down coffee, he would be far worse off than he is without it.

Now on day 5 without coffee and the headache has finally gone. Energy level is the same so that is all fine. I do miss the taste and smell of a good cup of coffee but I will get used to it. I also like the taste of a good whiskey and a few times a year I just enjoy a glass or two. I will treat coffee similarly.

Hi , you can get the same endorphins by just smelling it then you do drinking! Except no caffeine. You might get a psychological buzz tho.

Hmm, I dislike you and like you simultaneously for this article. I knew something was off with coffee because when I do a prolonged water fast, my body is very clearly telling me it dislikes coffee. Just thinking about it will make me nauseous. Another funny thing, I have quit coffee once and after a day I got a terrible headache. This headache was absent when I was fasting and not taking any coffee. So thanks, I'll just quit this bad habit!

Thank you so much for this article Medicine Girl, it’s been life changing for me!

I gave up my extra strong morning cup of tea which contained 3 teaspoons of tea steeped for 5 - 10 minutes. Big headache that night and 4 days later the headache has gone. Also gone is the arthritis-like pain in my hands and toes, and the nasty heartburn which affected my sleep at night. I feel like my kidneys are working better. I was mystified why I would have pains in my shoulder for no reason, which has now gone too.

Who the hell would’ve thought an ‘innocent’ cup of tea would cause these effects!! 🤯

I used to use instant coffee because it has about 50% less caffeine, and capped off my consumption at 180 mg per day. 3 cups. Then continue the rest of the day with chicory.

Then I got MEMON technology in my house, which reduces EMF and electro smog. They have a product that you can put under your water and in your refrigerator that changes the structure of the food and water so it’s whole. And then I start having high blood pressure from the instant coffee.

As I love the taste of coffee, I’ve switched to decaf. I bought an organic one that was carbon dioxide that did the decaffeination process so it had 99.9% caffeine free. And several weeks later I started having high BP again. In fact, I wound up in the hospital with the hypertensive event due to the decaf coffee.

So I have completely taken myself off of coffee, both the instant caffeinated and instant decaffeinated, and exclusively drink chicory.

I wouldn’t touch it with a 10 foot pole. I think I poisoned myself with decaf. That’s the only thing I can trace back to my knee, giving out on a hike from an old injury and feeling stiff and having issues with joint pain several years ago.

There is no safe form of coffee in my opinion if there was, I would’ve found it because I love coffee

I suppose both coffee and cacao beans are disguised slave labor/productivity inducers. Would you ever have a matcha tea?
