ok. great. But what helps the kidneys? No supplements? No vitamins? No extra water? no pHARMA meds.. ok got it. Now what helps those kidneys? Maybe lets talk about that.... You see, when you write a substack, you should probably talk about not just the bad but also the good. You should talk about how to heal those body parts that have been damaged by the pharma, the supplements & vitamins instead of leaving an open ended go to my website and pay me to tell you.... Otherwise, you're no better than the pharma cartel and by not suggesting how to fix these issues eventually gets you deleted from my inbox. If you have kidney problems like I do, it is a little bit distressing and very annoying to read this long substack with no resolve only to be told to go to the website and pay you.

Fantastic! I am a trained nutritional therapist and have been discerning (just through intuition) that supplements are repackaged pharmaceuticals. So glad I found your page! I’ve always taken a whole food supplement approach- beef liver pills, Quinton for electrolyte replenishment, teas, and herbal tinctures, etc. Would love to know your thoughts on hydrogen water. It makes me feel fantastic but now your work has me questioning everything lol!
